Who we are

Early Years People are a team of ex-teachers and experienced consultants who understand the unique challenges nurseries and schools face: recruiting qualified staff to meet ratios has never been harder. We utilise our links with local colleges and universities to proactively find Level 3 Practitioners, Managers and Reception Teachers for both permanent and temporary positions.
